Wrong address on package

I ordered some stickers and checked back a few days to see that my old address had been used when I vividly remember changing it to my new one. It's now on it's way there. Please answer asap.

I had an idea for a design for a detail that I wanted made and I've tried contacting someone at redbubble to see how to get it done and all I get is a run around and I can't actually speak to a person so red bubble gets a total failing grade today Don't even try to contact these folks

Canceled order and need money back

They said they will give me a voucher and I don’t want that… I want my $60 back and they think by giving me a travel voucher that’s solving the problem and it’s not…. I want my refund and I try to call and an error code comes up… redbubble will never get my business!!I will never refer anyone to this place

Customer service

Tried to submit complaint a week ago. Then was told no one available to handle complaint thru chat. If your site offers 'chat' you should have chat available! I had received an offer through the site for 40% off, when I used code given it only took off 15%. This was why I was contacting. Resultantly, I missed the offer altogether since chat wasn't available to help.

My order came but missing 2 pieces. Have tried to locate. Have had no luck. Cant speak to someone directly. No one has responded to my emails. And 10 days later I still have no idea about the rest of my order. Very stressful.

$32.75 taken out of my account 6/7/23 for a shirt to be shipped to: David Phillips, 16 Ryswick Drive, Frankfort, Ky 40601. He never received. I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL WITH AN ORDER NUMBER. THEREFORE I CANNOT CHECK IRDER ON YOUR WEBPAGE. The order showed as placed and money taken out of my bank account and showed an estimated delivery date of 6/12-14 . Have not received merchandise. My email is Marshaphillips1955@***.com and my phone number is 502/604-****. I expect a reply please and would like a phone number so I can exactly TALK to a representative.

no response only an answering machine, left a message will attempt one more time, suspended my account with no warning or explanation, likely someone else has copied my work and uploaded it after I uploaded mine years earlier, confiscated my profits, and not giving me any means to defend myself entirely automated, and now someone is getting money off my work
