I wanted to cancel my order for a refund, I got a discount (which I didnt want) but after contacting the customer support they were able to help me get my money back in time. It was hard to communicate in the first case but after talking to an agent it was all clear and they were able to help me fast!

Full order not delivered I ordered three hats only two hats were delivered. When I went to check the status of the order it claims that the full order was delivered on the same day, but I only got the two hats that were identical. The one hat that was different never got sent to me.

Please update my preferred solution to "Refund"

I placed an order for a poster on 9/26/23 with an estimated delivery date between October 2 - 4. When it hadn't arrived by the 14th, I checked my order status, which indicated the item was "in production".

The poster was intended as a gift for which I ordered a custom frame (from a different source) so my order was time sensitive. The "Help" section on the RedBubble website gives you the option of submitting a request, but when choosing "Where's My Order" I was repeatedly looped back to the basic tracking information I started with, with no opportunity to state my issue or communicate with anyone directly. The "Contact Us" tab on the website links you directly back to the unhelpful "Help" section with no customer support phone number provided anywhere on the website. I was able to locate one on Pissed Consumer.

When I called, the recording encouraged me to seek a response via their online "Help" center and (after a significant pause in the recording) provided me the option of requesting an email response from them.
I left a message and received an email back a couple of days later informing me that my order was cancelled due to a "technical issue." I was given the option of reordering the same item or receiving a credit voucher for another RedBubble purchase. I asked if they could provide me with some reassurance of a realistic delivery date if I were to order the same item, but they ignored this request, restated my option to reorder the item, and provided me a credit voucher.
I replied stating that they were in violation of the Federal Trade Commission Rule 16 CFR Part 435 which states that when a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must obtain the buyers consent to a delay in shipping or refund payment for the unshipped merchandise.

I requested a response indicating that they would issue a refund to my credit card. A week has gone by and I have not had any response.

I placed an order on 10/16. I was charged on 10/16. It said I would receive the order between the 22nd and 25th. The Halloween party I needed it for is on the 28th. I looked at the tracking yesterday and it says the order wasn't even processed until the 25th, (TEN DAYS LATER) and now it says I won't receive it until 10/31. Well, obviously, I NO LONGER NEED IT. I want my money back. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. What a JOKE!!!

Did not receive my order

Yesterday I received an email from Redbubble stating that the cap I did not receive (because it was sent to my former address which I have not lived at for two years) was to be forwarded to my current address. The problem is the cap that is being forwarded is the cap I already received (St.

Thomas cap) prior to my order for the missing cap - Aruba One Happy Island. The major problem with Redbubble is they do not have a phone number that you can call to speak to an actual person; I communicated via live chat, explained which cap was missing, and they STILL have not corrected this issue. I have received TWO orders from Redbubble that were sent to my current address prior to my last order that was for some unknown reason forwarded to my old address.

On my last order for the Aruba cap I listed my current address but this cap was sent to my old address: this means Redbubble still has my old address in their shipping system and totally disregarded the address listed at the time the Aruba cap was ordered. I will not order from Redbubble again.

They offered a replacement even if the misunderstanding was not their fault. At some point of the shipping process there is like a "limbo" and it gets really frustrating. But that is not the company's fault. They did their part, that was just the lack of info about status of the package during the last stage of delivery.
