I ordered a womans large shirt. Ive ordered the same style and size in the past and this one is super tiny. When I attempted to return iit using your online service center, it asked for my order number which I typed in, but your online service center would not accept my order number. I typed it in several times (correctly) to no avail I am unable to reach a live person at RedBubble to help me with this return. This is very frustrating, considering how much you charge for shipping. I wish someone would call me back to help me out. Thank you.

The quality of the products is extremely poor and they wont give your money back. Its a scam. Why sell products that you know are of such poor quality that its unusable? Why would I want a voucher for returning the product? I dont want to use a company that essentially lies to take your money. I just want my money back & theres nothing warning anyone of their withholding practices before you pay.

Finally received an actual response days after the item was supposed to arrive and while we were out of town (the reason I paid a lot to have it delivered quickly in the first place). Paid a lot to have it delivered by July 14th, but per their own tracking the item wasn't even shipped until the 18th. Was given a full refund, and I have no idea if they stopped the delivery mid-way, or if it arrived at our house while we were on vacation and it was stolen off the porch since we were done almost a week.Very disappointing all around.

Order I paid extra to be delivered is still sitting at the "shipping info sent to FedEx" stage in shipping, yet to even be picked up by the shipper. Been trying for days to speak to a human vial email or chat, and despite "If our support bot is unable to assist you, our agents are standing by to assist" no one ever is, and every response is a stock "item has shipped" line. NO IT HASN'T, per your own site AND FEDEX! Now my item is in limbo, and if it arrives we won't even be in town to receive it, and the extra I paid for "expedited shipping" was for nothing. Can I SPEAK TO A HUMAN PLEASE?

I have no information about my order. Its been some time since I shoud have received my order. Customer service is not helping. Its repeating information I already know. I need to know the AWB and the delivery service. They don't care about verifying the location, or maybe is not even sent. Dissapointed! Bad website. One place says its sent, one place says its not.

Redbubble refuses to make reasonable accommodations for disabilities, illegally

Redbubble suspended an account I created 6 months prior to me writing this review. I did not upload any infringing content and my username did not violate the TOS. I've tried for months to find out what the issue is. When I contact support, as soon as I provide them the requested info, I wind up on some blacklist and either get canned responses when I'd previously been contacted by a person, or no responses. I am filing a complaint under the ADA and potentially looking into legal options. This is very poor business practices. Refusing an accommodation for my disabilities that is not unreasonable is illegal.

To speak to someone on the telephone to get the issue resolved. I've been trying for 6 months.

It's against US Federal law to deny a reasonable accommodation for a disability. I had a stroke and I am autistic. I can't get my issue resolved any other way. I need a human.

I shouldn't have to keep justifying my need for this. It would cost them nothing.

I have filed lawsuits against other companies for not accommodating my disabilities. They settle out of court without going to trial.
