I've received no information at this point. There's no live personnel to communicate with when you call customer service.

How will this be rectified? When will my product ship?

What happens if it's not here in a couple of days? With no live representative and just a bot running you around in circles, how can this be resolved?

I ordered 2 gorgeously designed Twin Peaks T shirts and a Spiritualized T shirt all Essential grade. Both Twin Peaks tees had such terrible printing issues that they were unwearable after one day and no washing or other handling. I submitted return requests for both Twin Peaks essential tees. Upon noticing this I looked at my last few Redbubble orders. The most recent, still-warrantied item was an Essential Spiritualized tee that had only been worn a couple of times, not yet washed, and in addition to the print peeling unacceptably and another tee looking EOL, a loose thread on the front had started to unravel into a small hole. Another unwearable 30 dollar tee. I requested a warranty credit voucher for this item, and it took them so long to get back to me that we just passed the warranty date and their recent email is telling me the item is out of warranty. Again, the request was sent in with supporting photos well within the 90 day period.

One of the two TP tees was replaced with a tee whose image fell apart in a day, just like the first. I contacted them, told them I didnt want it, or another replacement and requested store credit. I then received a store credit only for the second TP tee I originally bought. They are still jerking me around re the credit Im owed for the first bad replacement, and they are still telling me the first return request for the Spiritualized tee was outside of warranty. This is demonstrably false. The only other thing Ive received from them is excuses, apologies for the week or so it currently takes them to respond to emails, and the usual torrent of spam. The reps who get back to me keep making me start from the beginning, or they fail to realize that I bought and paid for two identical TP tee shirts, or otherwise obtuse blow me off with an extra helping of that familiar syrupy , corporate customer service pleasantness. And not one has taken a look at the fact that Ive had to return AT LEAST half of my purchases for the same reason and that maybe they need to be a bit more accommodating if they want to keep me, my family and friends as customers. Well, that ship has sailed. Were done. Or at least we will be after I receive the two credit vouchers Im owed and use them for stationary or something else.

Just about ever RB tee Ive purchased has had print issues and been a wear-once or layering garment. At 30+ dollars each.

I have lived with their *** quality printing for 2 years now, only even getting around to returning maybe 1/3 of the unacceptable merchandise. I have remained a good faith customer, not sent any shouty hysterical emails, but Ive absolutely had it. They will issue the two remaining credits Im owed, and then I will distribute links to my instagram page documenting the over 1,200 dollars my family and friends and I have spent on what became, 70-80% of the time, a landfills worth of sleep shirts , undershirts and layering garments. I recognize that I am small potatoes to them, but I and a number of my family members are also print and digital journalists for publications weve all heard of. Wr will not be stolen from or ignored.

I was getting a shirt for my mom to gift for my dad from redbubble and THAT came in but the stickers I ordered for him and for me came in an envelope that was never sealed in the first place so only 4 out of 17 stickers came in and and the to-be-gifted stickers and the majority of the rest werent in there and mustve fallen out in transit as the envelope wasnt even sealed. So my dad still hasnt received his present and contacting somebody on redbubble has been a nightmare.

I have tried three separate days at three separate times to try and get a customer representative when they are there in the office to no avail. Of course bots cant help me with this.

I am so frustrated and just want my stickers and to talk to somebody who can help me and give me a credit if they know whats best for them because I would be a heavy buyer for a ton more stickers (as I am a sticker fanatic) but not at this rate. This is been so unbelievably frustrating and I will stop buying from them if this is not resolved.

User's recommendation: Be very cautious of this site especially trying to get help if Something Happens because you will not easily be able to talk to someone and that is what is most frustrating for me

Redbubble does not care. They brush you along until you quit asking.

There is no person to speak with, just email. That just ignores you by wasting time by saying they will contact in 48 hours, which doesn't happen.

It goes longer, with an email stating they are having issues and will respond shortly, but that never happens. This is a rip-off scam and they don't care.

I tracked my three missing items I bought, and they were sent to an address that I did not authorise your company to send to. When will I receive them at the right location?

It says you delivered them to the city of Covina when my address, which I paid for them to be sent to, is in the city of Alhambra, California. Thank you.

Part of my order is missing

as the title says, part of my order is missing and I have no clue what happened to it. my order, number 6970****, should've arrived between July 15 - 18, but not only did my order arrive at the 25th, it was also missing 2 items.

I assume that happened because the items are from different artists, but it still doesn't justify the massive delay in shipment. I'd like to know what happened to my order, and possibly get a refund if it won't be able to make it to my hands.

I received my order #6989****.

Pillow covers. The material has been washed and the pattern has changed color from pink to orange and has run onto the solid background.

I am sending it back for a full refund as this was a bait and switch.

I cant believe that you would send this inferior product, it is terrible !!! I have some of this material that I will put it next to and take photos so you can see the difference, so I do know what it is supposed to look like.

I am so disappointed in Redbubble!
