Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Lost item was replaced & shipped out to me again, arriving on the date promised. Contacted Customer Service & 'live' chatted with a rep who resolved the issue.

I eventually reached an online agent at Redbubble on Mon, explained the issue, and had it confirmed that the order has been 'lost.' A new item was shipped on Wed; tracking shows it has reached Mississauga, ON, Canada, an hour from Toronto this morning. That is where the original order disappeared from, so let's see if I get Dec 24th as promised!

Ordered a few things. For two weeks, I tried to contact them...

absolutely nothing. I even contacted the so-called 'artist.' No response. They are saying stuff has shipped, yet it's sitting somewhere? The USPS number is fraudulent...

fake. They operate in the US and Australia, and I've reported them to my local and state representative, who said she's had this company reported before. I contacted USPS and the federal government because they are violating a few federal regulations. And of course, I canceled the payment.

I only gave you one star because I don't know if this corrected the problem or not. I did correct the problem by updating the address since I typed it wrong.

I also contacted you to no avail because nobody wants to pick up the phone with the correct address. My corrected address is 326 Spring Street, Syracuse, NY 13208, Apartment 2. My phone number is (315) 278-****. My email address is syracusetouchdown44@***.com.

I'm just going out of my way to make sure that when you do mail out these stickers, which are really cool by the way, they come to the right address. Thank you. I would appreciate it if somebody at the very least got back to me by email.

Keep being told my package is here, never got it. I was charged $168 for two sweaters that were supposed to be here on Christmas Eve that never showed up.

Is absolutely impossible to get a hold of anybody; they keep sending you the same email saying we updated your tracking, but all it tells you is it was delivered the day it was supposed to be here.

It's absolutely frustrating dealing with them. I've bought so much from them in the past; I will never buy from them again.
