The phone case is inoperative. When I tried a return they could not find my order.

There is no way to contact anyone at the company. I am stuck with a phone case that sucks!!

They need to refund me as they did not send my shirts back out for redelivery, they have completely ignored all support calls

Hi, I'm having a problem submitting a return request. Every time I put in my email and order number, it tells me my information is wrong. I would like to return an item from my last order!

I ordered two items near the end of June. I still haven't received them.

I raised an issue which they've closed because they said it's been delivered.

However, when I check the order on their website, it doesn't show that it's been delivered. When I use the bot, I get stuck in a loop and I can never get to talk to an agent.

I ordered a large lot of stickers, but I only received maybe five of those in the mail; the others seem to be completely lost in limbo. Every time I try to contact the company, I am met with an AI robot that cannot help me.

When I try to 'submit a request,' it tells me my order does not exist.

I am extremely frustrated and just want what I ordered. It wasn't a lot of money, but it's the fact that I paid for it, and they're just not giving it to me, and there is literally no way for me to contact anyone who isn't a robot.

Hi, In July, I ordered a baseball cap from Redbubble and it should have arrived on the 30th of July. I haven't received it yet, so it's around 14 days late.

I'm very worried because I have obviously already paid for it, and it was a present. In the tracking, my order is listed as 'shipped' but it hasn't arrived. What's happening? How can I find out if my order will arrive?

Hello, I did not receive Order #5495****. The order details on Redbubble show that it was delivered on June 7, 2024, but I never did receive that delivery. I would greatly appreciate either a Redbubble voucher, refund, or replacement if you have one in stock.

Hey! I have two missing orders that have been missing for weeks!

Order #6940**** was said to arrive between June 19-25 and it's still referenced as 'Manufactured and shipped'. The other order that I am missing, Order #6949****, stated that it would arrive between June 26-July 2. This order has also been delayed.

Please send these missing orders to my address as soon as possible. Thank you, I appreciate your assistance.

Bought 2 t-shirts and they were the wrong ones. Asked to return/refund and they would not.

I order A Pete the Cat Backpack on 7/21 my card was charged on 7/22 I was supposed to receive it on 7/29 and I still have not received it on 8/3. The charge included expedited shipping of $20.00.

I never received a receipt via E Mail therefore I have NO order number.. I have sent them E Mail messages, tried calling them on 3 different phone numbers of which none are any good!! So today I contacted my credit card company for a refund.

($62.00) They are looking into the transaction. I have been receiving E Mail every day from Red Bubble advertising their products but no mention of my order!!!
